- Total fee is £ 350.00
- Advance non-refundable fee of £200.00 will be paid with the application form by the applicant
- The remaining £150.00 will be paid before making of the decision on the day of the final meeting.
- The applicant will submit her application, in front of two male witnesses.
- If we require more information, the applicant will provide to us in writing.
- The decision will be made after 4-6 months by the members of Islamic Judicial Council.
- The decision will be made considering the information provided by both parties.
- Both parties will accept the decision.
- The decision will be made after undertaking full enquiry from both parties according to Islamic law
- Attach a copy of your marriage certificate and passport with the application.
- Applicants will have to bring two male witnesses, who know very well about her application and
background. - Applicant has to get civil divorce from county court before our decision.
